Concert No. 1 Schedule
There is no rehearsal at PCI.
Rehearsal & concert on Jan 23rd is all at the Irvine Barclay Theater.
Overview.
11:30-3:30pm Rehearsal at Barclay
3:30-4:30pm Break
4:30pm Doors open for guests
5pm Concert begins
6:30pm Concert ends
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE.
11am IYJA meets outside at the Barclay backstage area.
11:30-12:30pm IYJA rehearses
11:30-12:30pm All Southern Middle School Sectionals (Dean Anderson)
in backstage dressing room.
12pm IYCA arrives at the Barclay
12:30-3:30pm IYCA rehearses
3:30-4:30pm Break (dinner break: bring your own food)
4:30pm Barclay doors open.
5-6:30pm Concert
Location: Irvine Barclay Theater
Rehearsal Times: 11:30am-3:30pm
Concert Time: 5pm
Dress Code: All black. No ties. No tuxedos.
Tickets: $10. Children under 10 free.
Photos: Will be taken during dress rehearsal, including headshots for website.
Recording: The concert will be recorded by the Barclay staff.
Video: 3 cameras will record the performance.
Parking: You may pay for parking in the structure or park across the street.
I have 6 staff parking permits.
Must be on time.
Don’t bring music.
Leave music on stand after concert.
You may change in the dressing rooms or come dressed in black.
Anyone who misses this concert will play by themselves in front of the orchestra on the Jan 30th rehearsal.
